Pollyanna Douglas Hiley
Polly founded Hassle Free Weekends (HFW) after many years of freelancing as a private chef in London and across Europe. Originally conceptualising the company as a service for drop-off food for the weekend to Cotswold residences, HFW soon grew to offer far more. From bespoke luxury weddings to private dinner parties, Polly has become infamous for her cheese ‘souffle’ canapes in the Cotswolds. Originally trained at Ballymaloe cookery school in Ireland, Polly went on to work in the French Alps, Italy, Scotland, and Ireland, where she was based for a few years running a deli with outside catering and farmers markets. Returning to England, she joined the corporate entertainment world to cook for film studios, advertising firms, hedge fund companies, auction houses, and many more, before returning to her hometown in the Cotswolds and founding Hassle Free Weekends.
